Finished moving the override pattern out of me/ and into the shared package docs. The corporate, lab, and me sites now share tokens, atoms, and i18n helpers. Each keeps its own voice. The total LOC for shared design system is under 600 lines, which is the right size.
Three repos would have been simpler to start. Three repos also would have been three places where tokens.css diverges. The monorepo is more setup now, less drift later. That trade is worth it for a one-person team with three sites.
Tried Next 15 for two weeks. The DX is good, the deploy story is good, and the bundle is bigger than it needs to be for a static site. Astro gives me the same templating with zero runtime. Going back.
Closed beta of AeoX v2 went out to the first 30 customers. New: llms.txt generator, AEO audit, entity-graph view. The beta is free for 90 days; the conversion to Pro is the bet.
YAOLUMEN TECHNOLOGIES LTD cleared its operating costs for the first time in March 2026. The number is small. The fact is not. The next 11 months need to be at least this good.
