The fusion: everything I run now lives on two domains

2026-10-11 project fusion. The five-subdomain fleet is gone — every AEOX asset converged into aeox.uk plus go.aeox.uk. The full map, the funnel, and what got archived.

For most of this year the estate was a fleet: home, go, shui, chat, quant, cli, anchor — seven outward-facing sites, four Node processes, one person. On 2026-10-11 the fusion landed: every digital asset I run now resolves to two domains — the aeox.uk platform and the go.aeox.uk goods hub. No bloat, no tracking. View-source and verify.

Why collapse it

Hostinger's Node quota was full at four web apps, the maintenance cost of seven sites did not match one person's bandwidth, and the brand was scattered — no single entrance, no single story. The strategic bet for the rest of the year is virtual-goods expansion plus content operations, and the architecture now serves that instead of fighting it.

aeox.uk — one process, eight modules

A single Next.js process carries the whole platform. Anonymous visitors get the scan and the content; signed-in users enter the workbench; an admin console governs it all. The former five-subdomain matrix — chat, cli, quant, shui, anchor — 301'd into their new homes, four Node processes converged into one:

AEO Scan — the free anonymous scan: SEO / AEO / GEO scores. The report itself is the first layer of the funnel. Lab Journal — the platform's own content: AI-assisted Briefs published as standalone posts, Essays for the long-form. AI Assistant — multi-engine chat on your own key; degrades to a guide mode when unbound. User Workbench — the one-stop account: site binding, content-tree generation, scan history, orders. Quant Panel — crypto indicators and backtests, rendered browser-side. aeox-cli — the HarmonyOS + Node AI coding pack: 13 tools, 8 rules, 2 skills, 4 agent presets, MIT, one npm install away. Energy Cycles — eastern energy in a modern framing, brand tone preserved. Admin — the governance console, where an AI advisor drafts signals into Briefs and a human glances and ships.

One honest note: the shui (Energy) and quant editions merged into the platform are simplified or alternative versions. The full originals are archived on GitHub — aeox-shui and aeox-quant — and the admin-side quant project is being considered for standalone personal use.

go.aeox.uk — the only second domain

The goods hub stays independent on purpose: a marketplace can carry commercial long-tail without diluting the platform's topical authority. Four content blocks pair with platform modules for two-way flow — AI ebooks, SEO prompts and workflows, quant indicators in the works, and the Eastern Mind ebook line. Free content captures emails; paid goods check out through Ko-fi.

The funnel, end to end

Traffic comes from the free scan, the module matrix and the Journal. Engagement is free goods and instant scan reports. Retention is email capture plus a workbench account — content trees and scan history become user assets. Monetization is SaaS subscription capped at three months per purchase, plus one-off goods via Ko-fi. Every layer feeds the next, and the map is legible enough to debug.

Behind the platform

The estate beyond the tools: YaoLumen Technologies Ltd (UK, No. 17031764) — the compliance parent, powered by Orbit and Ledger; this site — the public engineering log of a one-person company, with Cheese SEO and the Anchor waitlist living here; and Pettivalpets.com — the WooCommerce case study, two months from launch to Google #7 on a real long-tail keyword.

Open source as business card

Twenty-one public repos across three groups — the AEOX platform family, the org's business systems and AI skill packs, and the personal repos. All open for technical reference. The map on aeox.uk/hub lists every one of them, and GitHub stays the source of truth.

The mission did not change in the fusion — an independent lab building transparent, browser-native tools across SEO, AI, quant and eastern energy. Two domains just made it easier to keep the promise.
